MBA for Indian Applicants with a 3-year Bachelor's Degree | ||||||||||||||||||||||

| Some business schools in the U.S. accept a 3-year Indian Bachelor's Degree while others don't. If you hold a three year Bachelor's degree from an Indian university you would be eligible to apply to schools like Wharton, Kellogg, Darden, Fuqua, Tuck, Goizueta and Carnegie Mellon. While you are eligible to apply, even these schools say that you would increase your competitiveness by obtaining a Master's degree before applying. So it's your call really. Go ahead and apply if you have done well in your career so far and also have several extracurricular achievements to talk about. Otherwise consider the other options available to you. A post graduate diploma in the same area of study as your Bachelor's degree can qualify you for all MBA programs in the U.S. So can the completion of the 2-years Master's degree. You would also be eligible if you are a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and hold a 3-year Bachelor's degree.
